All quotes provided through our platform are estimates and subject to change based on:

- Delivery location and logistics
- Market conditions and supplier pricing
Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any order is placed.
5. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Direct.Bid. Payment terms will be established in your customer agreement. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or product unavailability.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Direct.Bid is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Manufacturing delays
- Shipping carrier issues
- Weather or natural disasters
- Port congestion or customs delays
7. Product Warranty
Products sold through Direct.Bid carry manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms vary by product and will be provided with your order confirmation. Direct.Bid does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct.Bid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Direct.Bid or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
